a la carte Service
JustWorks a la carte (ALC) services are a subset of the full JustWorks solutions that can be delivered as point solutions to meet specific needs at very low cost, starting at $99/month.
JustWorks ALC services do not require the delivery or installation of our equipment and are all delivered as remote services or as software applications running on the customers’ own servers.
ALC provides an easy way to gain access to the advantages of the JustWorks IT management system. For smaller companies or businesses with some internal IT capabilities, it may make sense to start with JustWorks a la carte services before migrating to Full Service in the future.
As an ALC Customer you have access to the HelpDesk, through the web and by phone, for technical support and you pay for service at the discounted rates reserved for contract customers. ALC customers can then add services such as email security or server monitoring for low monthly fees.
