Overview
Founded in 1996, JustWorks is a privately held company based in Silicon Valley, California.
We are a customer service organization delivering fixed fee technology solutions to customers with between 10 and 1,000 computer users. We understand that it is our service that differentiates us in the marketplace.
Our fixed fee solutions use standardized, tested and proven system configurations to deliver the highest levels of reliability and serviceability. We combine hardware with software licensing and package services from ourselves and 3rd party vendors to create complete solutions for particular needs such as remote access or email. Our customers pay a simple, fixed, monthly fee for each solution, which we guarantee and for which we provide unlimited services to keep the solution available and operational.
JustWorks now delivers and supports our solutions in ten states from coast to coast across the USA. Our fifth generation solution is built using Microsoft technologies on VMWare Infrastructure and incorporates modules that address all the core needs of businesses ranging from 10 to 1,000 employees.
We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in the industry and have ITIL certified staff.
